St. Michael High School Founded in 1850 is recognised by the Maharashtra State Board of Education is a Catholic School, established and administered by St. Michael High School Trust. The School is under the religious jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bombay and is a member of the Archdiocesan Board of Education (ABE).

The School aims at the education primarily of the Catholic Community around and to the extent possible of the members of all other communities. The School stands for academic excellence, development of skills and character formation based on the love of God and the service of man as modelled in Jesus Christ, with a view to training citizens distinguished for their all round development and sincere commitment to God and Country.
